With the temperature dropping at night many people will consider changing sheets to brushed cotton and adding more duvets, blankets, comforters.
It is also important that you air out your duvet and linen. Over the warmer months these will have absorbed moisture and now need to dry out so that the insulating fillers can do their job effectived.
On the next sunny day, put your bed linen on the clothesline for 2hrs. This will dry them out so that they can work best. And remember, nature has the best products for keeping warm so choose linen made from the following - silk, wool, feather if you really feel the cold.
